Additional Comments:

Please take a moment to tell us a little more about yourself. What made you consider a pet? How long have you been considering this addition to your family? Have you discussed this decision with friends and family? Are they supportive of the idea? If you live with a partner, are you both equally excited about adding a pet to your home? Is there anything else we should know to help match you with the perfect pet for you and your household? These questions are just to get you started. Please feel free to make this answer as long or as short as you'd like it to be. We want to get to know you!

Please read and acknowledge the following:

As an adoptive parent you will be required to sign an adoptive agreement contract that includes the requirements of care and procedures for adopters. This is only an adoption application to help us get to know you and your home. We will contact you about your application very soon.

Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation is a small non-profit organization and we pay in advance for all veterinary needs of the animals we rescue. All cats and dogs are adopted spayed/neutered, tested and fully vetted. In order to cover some of our expenses we ask for a donation fee that may vary from $150 - $500 for dogs and $75 - $250 for cats. If you adopt two kittens/cats from us, we will work with you to reduce the fee. All monetary gains collected are used to take care of the animals, their veterinary care, medicines, food and many times, costly surgeries. We accept checks and/or PayPal at paypal@savingsagerescue.org
